Term and Policy

Shipment term
  1. Shipments can be from any Chinese port based FOB term, mainly Ningbo or Shanghai port.
  2. Shipment can be CIF term to any port all over the world.
Payment term:

Due to different products and business volume, we prefer below payment term:

  1. T/T with 30% downpayment, and the balance against copy B/L.
  2. 30% T/T downpayment, and 70% D/P sight.
  3. L/C at sight
  4. For any amount less than USD10,000, normally we take 100% T/T prepaid.
  5. Other payment term can be discussed due to special situation.
Order term
  1. LCL or FCL based orders are acceptable, but we suggest customers to order at least 1X20FCL to save cost and make order more easy and safety.
  2. Some items can be mixed in one container, the numbers can be checked for different product series.
  3. A trial order with small quantity is acceptable, but we don’t accept any order with amount less than USD1000.
Sample Policy
  1. Samples will always delivered based “FREIGHT COLLECT”.
  2. Samples are charged first, and the sample cost can be deducted from first order.
